The guestrooms at Hôtel La Belle Etoile are so comfy! The premium bedding makes me feel like I'm sleeping on a cloud. Plus, the free WiFi is a big bonus for me as I love staying connected. The private bathroom is also a great convenience.
Personally, I'm not a fan of the TV in the room. But hey, that's just my taste.

Great location, 10-minute walk to city center. Friendly staff, helped with my French. Clean and cozy, no bad smells. Fresh bedding, towels changed daily. Functional bathroom with hot water. Basic room fittings. Continental breakfast with unlimited coffee, croissants, cereals, etc. Allowed me to park my car for free. Affordable price compensated for any shortcomings.

Me and my friends had a blast staying here. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed, like a TV for late-night Netflix binging. The location was sick too, just a short walk to the local shops and bakeries. And let's not forget about the breakfast - it was so yummy and gave us the energy to explore the city!
The only thing we would've liked is a cool hangout area for young party-goers like us. A chill lounge or a rooftop terrace would have been epic for having some pre-game fun before hitting the town.

Conveniently located near museums and in an old part of St Nazaire, Hotel La Belle Etoile offers a charming French proprietress who is a pleasure to talk to. The continental breakfast served in a pleasant room is exactly what you would expect. The secure parking for motorcycles is a bonus, and there are plenty of dining options within a short walking distance. Despite some minor scruffiness, the hotel offers comfort and privacy, making it a good stopover option. I would recommend this hotel.

Location was good, only a short walk to the city centre attractions and shops. plenty of dining options nearby. the staff was friendly and helpful when we required directions to local services. there was a delicious continental breakfast that was regularly stocked.
Decor was outdated and in need of refreshing. Our room was quite small, average size but still felt cramped.

The hotel was in a prime location, just a short walk away from the city center and the submarine museum. The friendly greeting and excellent English speaking skills of the staff made check-in a breeze. there were plenty of dining options within a short walking distance, providing a variety of choices for meals.
Though the hotel had many positive aspects, it did appear a bit scruffy around the edges. However, for the price I paid, which was very reasonable, it was exactly what I expected.
